Not too terribly much going on at the moment, but I did finish my website (yay!) and Leo had his wisdom teeth out yesterday (owie). Poor thing is staying with me till his mouth heals up. Nothing but pudding, applesauce, and jello for a few days.
Here

This is my final jewelry piece from metals and jewelry class at scad. It's a cuff I designed and pierced from 20 g brass sheet. The flower is and orchid made from 20g copper that I also patterned, pierced, formed, patina'd, and riveted to the cuff.
It's a lot of work, but totally worth it. Now for sale in my etsy shop.

These are actually really great to make, since they don't require the use of the jewelry lab (no soldering, ha). I make them at home from my litle jewelry bench (it's actually a rolling breakfast cart that I modified into a jewelry bench/work table. I can move it into the kitchen area when I want to chop vegetables or prep food, and over near the tv when I want to draw or work on jewelry.)
If you're going to be in downtown Savannah tonight, come out to Wright Square for an awesome evening of entertainment, shopping, and food! I'll be working and you can visit me too :D

These are great! I didn't know you made Jewelry.
Well, I used to make strictly beaded jewelry, but I tool a metalsmithing class last quarter, so I can now do metal jewelry too!
